Will the accelerometer / gyroscope work with slow rotation?

The accelerometer measures acceleration, so if you turn it slowly enough - the acceleration along the axis / axes will not be recorded?
This problem does not apply to the gyroscope, respectively?
How to get information about the minimum speed, if so, at which the accelerometer will fail?

Instantaneous angular velocity is the derivative of an angle with respect to time. You count the time, count the angle, take any numerical method of differentiation and go ahead.
