Will the 0nion server work behind NAT?

Our provider provides services via dhcp, if all subscribers are behind NAT (yes, this can still be found :) ) and with all the consequences, pimples begin to pop up with access problems to some resources like ibanka file publics and even battlenet, but that's not the point.
The T0r network, as I understand it, works by means of a "layered" connection, it turns out that it performs a connection (maybe vpn or something) and theoretically I should not be bothered by the sophisticated method of providing Internet services by my provider to launch and make such a server available on 0nion domains?

I'm not exactly sure, but logically it should be all right. Otherwise, it turns out you burn your IP address.
