Will such a service be in demand?
A couple of months ago I wrote an online interview service.
The person visits the site. Answering questions on the webcam. The employer, when free, watches videos of candidates and decides what to do with them.
I'm thinking of finalizing it and providing this service for a monthly fee or putting mine directly to clients if they already have a server that meets the requirements and there is someone to serve it.
The real question is, will anyone need such a thing?
Perhaps there are already similar analogues? I would appreciate it if you provide links.
PS Am I the only one who can't ask questions more than once a day?

"service for video
interviews " ...
In general, different people have been trying to make this story for years since 2007. So far, no one has taken off normally.
Based on my personal experience in hiring people, it will not take off.
HR has to look through a wild number of resumes, on average it takes 20-30 seconds for a resume.
No one will spend hours watching videos.
Moreover, nothing is particularly clear from the recorded video answer, I want to ask some kind of clarifying question, etc. - but it’s not possible to do this on the recording :(
If you want to talk to a specific person, but don’t want to meet him, it’s easier to appoint him on Skype. You will spend exactly the same amount of your time as watching videos, but there is the possibility of two-way communication.
As a result, I think that these automated video interviews in some form for some positions can be used as one of the stages (ask a potential assistant about the size of boobs, see if she will be embarrassed, for example), but this story will not become mass.
