Will such a project PUG?

In general, such a task, I collect a project that is quite large, but without much functionality. Initially, I thought to do it on react, but then I came to the conclusion that it seems like it’s not so big to use it, but there are similar kinds of tasks like that there are 20 hotels, respectively, I wouldn’t want to manually create each page and manually score it there the whole movement. Type page of the same type but the description of the photo, etc. about 15 blocks infa different. In React, it would be easy to do this with the help of some kind of object and iterate through the map, depending on the url, render the component with the correct value. What do you think about this, how to do it right? Because there are thoughts, to do it through pug + scss and build this project in gilp. Well, I’m not particularly familiar with the pug, about its capabilities, I didn’t read the dock much, and went very hard. What are the guys' thoughts? How to properly build the development process and what stack?
