Will proxies be anonymous?

Hello! I don’t understand much about proxies and I came here to find out the answer to my question.
There are vps, 1 pc. ipv4, 16 pcs. ipv6. Is it possible to raise proxies anonymous? Will they be from the same subnet?
If so, what is the easiest way to organize it? (centos, ubuntu, ...)
