Will PHP memory limit recover?

Exceeded the PHP memory limit on a WordPress site. Now I can not do anything (install, edit). Do I need to write to the hosting and increase the memory or do I just have to wait a bit until it recovers?

Write to the host. You will not be able to influence this if he sent it to you.
Or, something is needed in the scripts, this is a private one. Don't understand from the question.
