Will one stick fit for macbook pro, 13 inch, early 2011?

My question is, is it possible, instead of two 4gb sticks, to install one 8gb stick for MacBook Pro, inch 13, early 2011, 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5?
If you can put one bar, this memory is suitable for Mac: Corsair DDR3L 8 GB, CMSA8GX3M1A1600C11 ?

The apple website does not say anything about installing exactly 2 modules. They wrote that if you want to achieve maximum performance, install 2 identical modules:
https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/HT201165#1
but this article has a comment https://habr.com/ru/post /478346/#comment_20962254 where the guy writes that he installed 2 x 8GB. I myself had a proshka of 2011 or 2012, and as far as I know, 16GB of RAM was not officially supported there.
