What is nssm.exe file?

The CPU, even without open programs, is loaded at 50%, the task manager says that it loads svhost.exe, downloaded Process Explorer and found nssm.exe, which eats up about 40%, I am attaching screenshots. What can be done? And how to lower the CPU usage? 1ac573f52104467da21d80f2e34ee70e.JPGc8b2544293a14ce8bc4a36d23818b5ce.JPGb79586a0bd384877890713cd14c9e92a.JPG

@yellowmew

it’s written to you - this is Non Sucking Service Manager :D
By the way, in a clean system it’s as if it doesn’t exist, which means that you either installed some software that uses it, or malware
