Will old files be distributed via DHT if a new torrent is created?

There are several questions: There are a bunch of files that were once downloaded via torrent, but then sorted, renamed and sorted into folders. Will these files be distributed if a new torrent is created, but not by publishing it on the tracker, but by means of DHT, by enabling the appropriate option on the client. I saw that the same DC ++ handed out such files, recognizing the same hash, despite the difference in file naming. How well does this work in the global network via DHT?
Do I understand correctly that in order for files to be distributed in this way, on the client, on the other hand, the option to support private trackers should be set? By the way, how are things with this option "by default"?
How ideologically correct is the decision once a week from the entire folder, let's say heavy music to make a single torrent and put it on download / distribution, or is it better to break everything into an artist / album, etc?

Torrents with a different sequence of files are different torrents, the file names are stored in the torrent file and as far as I know they are not involved in identification, but it seems that clients 'by mistake' consider such torrents to be different.
The more you break the collection into torrents, the better! no one will download a huge torrent file for the sake of one song, and it will be easier to search for it - if there is a torn for a movie / album / season of the series / collection. if you use symlinks, you can place the same files in different torrents.
