Will NetBeans no longer have a visual Swing designer?

Version 7.1 doesn't want to open my old version project in the visual form designer saying "Use version 7.0 to work with the Swing library".
Have to use 7.0? Or is there a way to solve the problem?

Just tried to open an old project. Everything is working. Perhaps you have some local problem.

I have an assumption that you are using the swing-layout library, earlier, when you turned on some kind of layout in the form editor, it was connected automatically. I have a gridbag and everything opened fine and the molds are in order.
