How to set up the plugin correctly?

Hello!
How to properly set up a plugin for Netbeans.

• I can't figure out which route to specify in "Base path of application"
  
• I can't figure out how to work with "Path aliasess file path"
  

I really want everything to be highlighted and when you click on the namespace there was a transition to the corresponding class.
Now some work, some don't.
