As already mentioned, current kills, not voltage. In order to stop the heart, you need very little: I don’t remember exactly, but somewhere around 0.01 A is enough. I can be wrong. I remember only that very little is needed. And now the banal Ohm's law. Voltage 10 volts. Water conducts electricity because it contains impurities (distilled does not conduct). The human body also conducts electricity. If people were killed, then the resistance was very small.

2. Use wireless joysticks
