Accordingly, do I understand correctly that it is possible to open a union pay card in Russia (debit), receive salary on it. And already being abroad to withdraw, convert in these atm ATMs into local currency and withdraw? This is not a visa and not a mastercard, respectively, such a card will work both domestically and abroad.
Or did I misunderstand something?

So far, there has been no talk of a ban, so yes, the main thing is that the ATM bank supports this system. Well, now this can be done on the World card, in some countries, as I understand it, it’s the same if the bank supports the ATM.
