Hello!
I used to work with this company a long time ago (did a couple of screencasts on working with the plugin on freelance) because of which I am quite familiar with their products. They have very cool and thoughtful plugins.
Using the plugin on Bitrix will not work, but you can find the same maps in svg / html5 / js formats on codecanyon.net. And then integrate these cards into 1C-Bitrix.
