When synchronizing directories with 1s and the site, it often happens that information (categories) from the English and Ukrainian infoblock is pulled into the Russian infoblock, for example, a screen, in the Russian version of the site, categories from English are displayed because of this. versions. Most likely time of unloading from 1C is intersected.
When processing the upload, the data from the files is written to a temporary table called b_xml_tree. And if your uploads overlap in time, then during the parsing of the files there is a record in the same table. So it turns out that one script still works with this table, and you have already sent the second one there. The record appeared - yes, it needs to be processed - yes, that's the first script, since it has not yet finished working with this table, I saw new records in it and processed them.
