Will it be possible to use one phone with vpn in modem mode to distribute open traffic?
I don’t know how to formulate the question correctly, but the situation is as follows:
There is a Wi-Fi point that has traffic blocked for some sites. This blocking needs to be bypassed, but more than one person needs it. And such a question: is it possible to solve this by transferring vpn to some vps? And if so, is it possible to connect vpn for only one phone, and then this phone will turn on the modem mode and will distribute already open traffic for the rest. Generally a real solution? Smartphones on android.
If anyone knows otherwise, tell me!) I would be very grateful. Thank you.

The phone will use the cellular network during distribution, the Wi-Fi module will be used for distribution. Yes, you can, but cellular network traffic is consumed.
Or connect vpn directly to the Wi-Fi router that distributes the Internet.
Or connect to vpn from all devices. There, even with 1ack, you can, if you set it up
