Will it be possible to retrain from a 1C programmer to a JS / C++ developer?
Hello. There was such a situation that I urgently need to find a job, I decided to go in my specialty, but I have almost no experience at all, except that I just did a couple of projects on JS / Node.js in my free time, so I decided to find a job with no experience and, in principle, in in my city there is only a vacancy for 1C-rarus and something on the web with php. And I decided that if they take it, then most likely at 1C, because it had some programming experience in a technical school. But I don’t want to deal with 1C forever, that is, I’m more drawn to programming directly, and there are plans to move from this country, I’m not sure that 1C programmers are in demand abroad, so after I gain enough experience in 1C and there will be more less stable salary, I want to retrain as a javascripter or a programmer on the pluses, I'm not sure what I like more.
Will my plan work, and if not, why not?

If there is only 1C then go to 1C. Debugging skill, understanding of development processes, standard data types. SQL swings well in 1C. In addition, new employers will see commercial experience in the field, which means that you can work with you. It's all better than working somewhere else in a different specialty. A job in another specialty makes sense only if you earn money on it for a year in advance in order to go and get an internship in an IT company for free.
But it's rather strange that there is only 1C. Probably bad looking. Look for more vacancies on local resources = forums, VK. You can go to the local technical university if there is one and see the vacancies at the Department of Information Systems.
1C is a dead end. Neither the acquired knowledge nor the experience will be useful anywhere else. In fact, moving on to developers in another language will be equivalent to starting from scratch.

If you urgently need a job, then 1C, of course, is better than no IT specialization at all.
But don't expect too much. 80% of the knowledge gained will be garbage. If you say that there is a vacancy for php, I advise you to start with it.
I speak as a person who worked for a year in 1C and left from there to C #.
Yes, at least in the janitor in the Russian Federation there is not a single law prohibiting this
