Do they write in books something that you can’t find on courses or on websites?

You will not find a single authoritative world-famous programmer who would claim that courses and video tutorials are better than books. This is usually claimed either by laymen who justify their unwillingness to read, or by course authors who make money on lazy people and fools. And in my 18 years in the industry, I personally met a lot of programmers, but not a single good one who learned from courses and video lessons.
Any fool can make a video course. To write a book, you need to have enough authority for the publishing house. In addition, the text will be edited by several professionals. Therefore, the knowledge in the books is of high quality and systematized. For a beginner, these are very important qualities.
In addition, after reaching a professional level sufficient to be called an expert, you will find that the knowledge necessary at this level can only be gleaned from documentation. Which means you still have to read it. Many and often.
Finally, the constant practice of reading inevitably leads to an increase in reading speed. And there comes a time when reading a textbook will be 10 or more times faster than watching video courses on the same topic and in the same volume.
In addition, reading develops abstract thinking - the main tool of the developer.

From ancient times, knowledge was passed from mouth to mouth, and now you can read it in a book.
