Will I need 8+8-pin CPU power to overclock Ryzen 1700x?

Good day.
Current configuration:
1) AMD Ryzen 7 1700X (Thermalright HR-02 Macho Rev. B tower)
2) MSI X470 GAMING PRO CARBON
3) AEROCOOL Strike-X 500 (remnants of the old system
) power plan for CPU 8+8-pin. The bp has only 4 + 4-pin. Everything works, but I wanted to speed up the processor a little (not higher than 4.0 GHz, without violence).
The question is whether additional 8-pin power supply for such overclocking? (will there be problems with overheating of the motherboard elements?)

No. Not needed. They are needed for older series of processors.
