Will I have to pay for customs clearance of a used laptop (that is, it has already been printed out, accounts have already been set up in it) sent by a transport company to another country? Sending from the Russian Federation to the EU country, two months ago, the laptop here cost 75,000 rubles (and is still on sale). Will the recipient have to pay local VAT or whatever? Who faced?

I didn’t have to pay customs clearance, the flight was normal, the laptop was second-hand. For those who will send - do not forget, if allowed by the design, remove the battery. They can get to the bottom at any stage of the shipment, for example, detain at a transit point.
