Will I be punished for this?

Hello.
In general, you need to take a couple of photos from flickr.com to your site, the pictures there are unique when checked, and now I would like to hang them on my site.
Will I be punished for this, or nothing?

Take stock photos, don't steal someone else's. Or let the customer give it, so that in which case the bumps do not fall on you.
Plus, judging by the rumors in Yandex, their search robot has learned to recognize the same pictures.

change a couple of pixels so that you don’t find them through the search engine

They are unlikely to be found. It is unlikely that the owner of the rights will want to get confused.
But if you wish - up to blocking the site. Now it's easy.
It's not easier to buy.
Or ask permission from the author.
Worth a penny.
Many agree that the photos be posted as much as possible where on the Internet with attribution, of course.
