Photo album in "your" cloud, access from PC, tablet. What are the solutions?

There is a photo album for many years, about 150 GB at the moment. It is stored on a separate hard drive on a home linux server. Access is now available only through the samba server, i.e. network folder on WB using Picasa.
I would like to be able to view the gallery-style photo album from mobile devices, through a browser. Locally and outside. Without synchronization with mobile devices (still 150GB).
Album structure - folders with photos and videos. Video support is not important.

I think PlexMediaServer should suit you . I just run it on Linux, in addition to the built-in DLNA, there is access from the outside from all mobile devices.

OwnCloud as an option, but I don’t remember if the synchronization is there or not (on mobile devices).
The second is to raise DLNA.

You can try ready-made virtual machines and choose one of these systems:
1. ResourceSpace - bitnami.com/stack/resourcespace
2. Coppermine - bitnami.com/stack/coppermine
3. Gallery - bitnami.com/stack/gallery
