Will I be able to restore a backup on a new Android ball?

I currently have 10 Android and 12 MIUI on my phone.
I want to flash it on "clean" 11 Android.
But I want to save all my applications, their settings and data from the phone (photos, videos and documents), for this I decided to use ADB.
So, can I restore a backup on a new firmware?
Or should I use another backup method?

Phone: Redmi 7A
I want to put: Pixel Experiense (it fits perfectly on it)

There is such a wonderful open source program -> OAndBackupX . I made a backup of the software along with data on android 9 through this program, and then restored it to android 11. Out of about 500 programs, 490 were completely restored and worked, but there were minor problems with some software. For example, in the same Sberbank authorization flew off and I had to log in again.
