How to make an application for Android and iOS from a website page?

Greetings.
There is a website page. The site is not mine. For example, you can take the main page of this site (qna.habr.com). I would like to run this page on a smartphone, but with some conditions:
- the ability to supplement CSS & JS (add or remove something somewhere);
- make sure that the URL in the application is not visible.
Crawling is not an option, you need to do everything so that it is shown exactly from the original site. In essence, you need to take a page of the site, hide its address and apply some styles and JS.
What are the simple ("monkey") options for non-programmers?

There will be no option at all for programmers. Technically, making an application that will display a page of a site with a hidden address is not difficult; tweaking scripts and CSS is already much more difficult.
As it was correctly written above, if we are talking about a phishing application, then think about your conscience.
When it comes to an application for a company, such applications are more likely to spoil the image than help in sales. It's better not to save money, but to make a normal application.
