iTunes is not needed. Photoshop runs under Wine. Although if you're just looking at font sizes and not designing, then Avocode or assets.adobe.com will do.

Completely - no.
It is sometimes quite dreary to configure Wine.
Sometimes it goes right away, without settings.
Sometimes it doesn't work at all.
Old Photoshop people DEFINITELY cocked through Wine. There are instructions.

I can’t say about iTunes and Photoshop, I can tell you about my experience, for example, if you are interested) I tried to play the first starcraft through wine on the iccup server. He periodically threw out critical errors and everything fell. Sometimes the sound disappeared, sometimes the clickability disappeared (mouse clicks). Then I tried to run the fruity loops program to create music, it didn't start at all. I didn’t use wine anymore - I installed virtualbox with the image of Windows XP and played there)

Not everything works in wine. A simple program will probably work. Complicated - probably not, unless wine is specifically optimized. I ran winbox - Mikrotik device configuration environment - everything works great. Tried vSphere client - doesn't work. Installed but doesn't work. Almost none of the games work, with the exception of units, even old ones, of the 2000-2002 model. Launched Gorky-18 (and passed it again :) ), launched Fallout Tactics. Silent Storm, Sentinels, Hammer and Sickle, Rule of Law - did not work. The latter is installed, the general menu is launched, but the battle arena is not loaded.

The new feel of Linux on the desktop isn't great. Often the thought arises why everything is so unfinished and here and there some bugs either in the interface or in the work of the desktop program.
Linux is suitable for programming (if you do not need photoshop, etc. programs for designers), but for everyday full-fledged use as a desktop - not very much.
And after installing updates, something may stop working.
Put Linux in a virtual machine - that's enough. And you will get new sensations and do not be upset if something breaks somewhere.
