Will hyper v function after resetting windows?

The blue screen of death crashes with a service system exception error, it can’t boot into safe mode, the same bsod gets out
Now I’m thinking of rolling back to its original state, but hyper v is installed on the PC with a very important virtual machine, will it keep its performance?

@Derver

Wirth machines themselves - user data.
If you choose the recovery option with saving user data, then the Wirth of the machine will be saved. You may need to reinstall the Hyper-V role, as well as configure the virtual switch.
If you choose the recovery option without saving the data, then the Wirth of the machine will also be erased. Before such an operation, you need to copy the data of Wirth machines. Most likely it will be possible to copy only VHDX files normally. That is, on the new Hyper-v, then create a machine and connect existing disks. To fully copy the machine, it is desirable to do an export followed by an import, but your OS does not load and this is not possible.
In any case, I would now make a full copy or image with the current state of the machine, so as not to lose data with a trembling hand.

Run the virtual machine on another PC while troubleshooting on the main one.
