Tray program with timezones for win7?

Help please, can anyone see or use.
We are looking for a program to show as many clocks with time with a given location as desired. This is how standard Windows 7 can show 3 watch faces with different zones. It just takes a lot. At least a dozen. Even if not round dials, but so that it is pleasing to the eye, and informative, and convenient. And if you also have your own marks for the watch, it’s generally great.
I've been searching and haven't been able to find anything that works.
