Incoming traffic control system on Windows?
Deployed a website and a small server for one application with an attached domain. In other words, my PC is open to external traffic, the network is a regular home Internet, so there is no need to talk about any DDOS protection. The whole system is on WINDOWS using Open Server (apache, etc.).
The bottom line is this:
In case of any school attacks - it is necessary to beat them off somehow, I can safely block the IP addresses of the violators through the firewall, but - how do I know these IPs, what programs are there for monitoring incoming traffic.
PS:
1) Don't talk about switching to a different OS (Linux) because I know it myself, but there are reasons why I can't move.
2) I do not have a Windows Server, but a regular Windows.
Thanks for answers.

Put Linux on your window in a virtual machine and throw a network into it.
You can’t just make a Lexus (Linux) or a jeep (Wenda server) from a Cossack (Venda home, one piece) just like that.
