you can play, especially games that have already been released, it might be better to wait for a drop in prices for video cards and take at least 1660s with 6 GB, instead of i5 you can take ryzen2600/3600 - it has more cores, you can take a motherboard with the same functions cheaper for it or for the same price, but better quality.
I forgot to write that for ruzens 1xxx and 2xxx high-frequency memory is needed for better "opening"
