I have been running an informational blog about technology and gadgets for 6 months, more than 50 articles already. Will Google approve my web app? Or wait for more or less articles? And do they approve of in-app ads?

Didn't run into a problem where they could refuse ads. If we are talking about an android application (Google Admob), then there should be no problems. If we are talking about a site on the VP (Google Adsense), then there should be no problems either. Whether you earn on advertising and whether you have a sufficient number of visitors is another matter...
