Will development on swift be complete?

I was interested in the swift language presented in Apple, I DO NOT know C and Obj-C. I only know JS.
Can there be a study and full-fledged development in the future for ios, osx, in a new language, without knowledge of C and Obj-C.

Take a basic C++ course for a month, no more. And then learn sfit, you really need to know English, since there is no manual in Russian yet, but I think that they will translate it. I myself became very interested in this thing, now I set the task for the summer to master C ++. In the autumn I will start to prognut on a sfit.
