Will cisco console cable work for netapp storage?

I inherited the netapp storage, but there are no passwords for it, by analogy with the cisco, I read that there is a way to bring it to the factory view via a console cable, which seems to be the same, but nothing happens when connected. Maybe the cable is wrong?

if on netapp rj45 console - then the cable from cisco will not work

And what is a "console cable" a regular null-modem or com? with the same connector, there may be several desoldering standards.
