Will bp 300v fit this build?

I have a PSU from a previous 300V PC,
I want to buy a new motherboard:
Asus PRIME A320M-K (sAM4, AMD A320)
And a processor:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4(3.9)GHz 16MB sAM4 Box
Is there enough PSU for this or is it better to buy a new one?
PS I'm not going to overclock the processor yet.
