How to make an enable/disable SATA drive scheme?

The question is - I want to make two completely independent systems with two independent switchable hard drives in one system unit. Moreover, they are planned to switch in the off state, however, if this can be done on the go, it would be generally great.
I planned to do it by turning off the power to SATA drives through a mosfet. The data cable will not be touched. There are 3 power supplies: 3.3v, 5v and 12v.
Maybe someone knows which chip contains 3 or 4 P-mosfets, satisfies the SATA power supply parameters?
Or someone did a similar scheme, albeit on other elements.
I didn’t find ready-made normal hardware switches, at best, 5 and 12 volts are cut off there, and 3.3 is not output at all. However, some SSDs already use 3.3 volts.
It’s not our way to make this soft, except every time to climb into the BIOS and turn it off there ... Perhaps there is some function for UEFI for this - I will also be grateful if someone tells me in this vein.
Thanks in advance for any information.
Small edit:
Mobile Rack is not suitable, because. there are no compartments for them in the case, the disk must be disconnected so that it is impossible to connect or detect another disk from the current system by any means.

If it's only a matter of switching three power supplies, then this is not difficult. We put three such keys in the circuit +3.3, +5 and +12 volts:
We combine their gates together and apply a control signal to them. For reliable on / off and minimum losses on the keys, it must have a swing of 24 volts, i.e. +12V (off) and -12V (on). For a 12-volt switch, such control approaches the maximum allowable, so it is advisable to connect its gate through a resistor with a 15-volt zener diode to the source. For the rest, it will do.
By the way, here someone expressed doubt about the need for switching 3.3 volts. No doubt, 3.3 volts is definitely used to power miniature mSATA and M2 SSDs.

Max 5 Duo SATA HDD Rack .
Or 4 SSD: Max 5 Quad SATA HDD Rack .
Hot swapping is determined by the chipset.

One channel (a piece of the ODD shutdown scheme on laptops, you can still dig laptop circuits), we multiply to the required amount, how to manage this is already a separate topic, you can trigger, you can write attiny13 zayuzat and write fakes :)
