Will an SSD fit a laptop?

The question is: there is an hp probook 4720s laptop. Now there is a Kingston SV300S37A120G SSD. I'll give it to my wife for a laptop, I'll take a Samsung SSD 850 EVO 120GB for myself. Will this SSD fit my laptop or not? In general, how do you know which SSD is suitable for which laptop?

See form factor and thickness. Both drives, both Kingston and Samsung, are SATA-III, 2.5" and 7mm thick.
Answer: it will do.
