Will Adsense and Ya.Direct ban me for this? What are the alternatives?

Let's say I have a page on the site with a bunch of ads from POISON and AS. Let's say 10 blocks of ads (is that even possible?).
Users are invited to click on ads :D and they click - explained in general terms.
Questions:
1) Will I be banned?
2) What are the alternatives to AS and JD?
3) How can you make money on advertising in this way? Those. users simply click on ads. "Internet surfing" - how do such sites make money on it?

however, you can write "do not click on the ad - you will become a goat!". then anyway, at least someone will have a desire to click. and no rules will be broken.

Google does not allow other advertisers on the same site,
so they will be banned even for Yandex
