Will a 350W PSU with an 80+ certificate pull a budget assembly?

Due to the limited budget, I assembled a computer for office work. Please see if everything is done correctly? And will the PSU pull 350W with an 80+ certificate.

1. GIGABYTE GA-A320M-H motherboard

2. AMD Athlon 200GE OEM processor

3. AMD Radeon R7 Performance Series [R744G2606U1S-U] 4GB RAM

4. Deepcool DN350 power supply

5. Kingston A400 120GB M.2 SSD [SA400M8/120G]

6. Xilence A250 PWM CPU Cooler [XC035]

A processor with a TDP of 35W, no HDD, no discrete video card
= even a 100W PSU can pull it off.
It's just that in the ATX form factor you can hardly find PSUs with a power of less than 350W in ordinary stores.
