Please clarify if there are any services that issue ssl wildCard certificates for free for 1 year?

Tried sslforfree.com - but it is issued for 90 days.

So that at the output I get two files .crt and .key

There are no free certificates for a year. Free certificates either revolve around LE in one way or another (sslforfree, zerossl), or are given subject to a bunch of conditions, which are usually either "buy something from us" (reg.ru) or "come to us and give us your data" (cloudflare, it will also have a certificate with a bunch of SANs for foreign domains).
Who needs you - to give you a certificate for a year for free?
