WiFi not working on laptop?

Hello!
Help with this problem, the Internet does not work on my Acer laptop, but the laptop connects to WiFi and there is no exclamation mark (!) Which notifies that it is connected to WiFi without access to the Internet, but when I try to go to some kind of web -site, Telegram, etc. no Internet. This problem occurs only on this laptop, on other devices WiFi works (there is Internet access).
