Wifi drops out on Windows 10 laptop?

I can’t understand what the problem is, periodically the speed of the wifi network can drop to 10mbs, sometimes it’s just to say there is wifi, but there is no access to the Internet, and sometimes it just fell off, and literally after 5-25 seconds the network went up. resource https://lumpics.ru/internet-speed-test/ - shows ping-3, vibration-3, download-66.4, download-85.8.

Maybe there are other valid ways to check.
Please tell me what should I do, take a new router or wifi module for a laptop. Thanks for the hint

@Sat0shi

If you are testing the performance of a WiFi channel, then you need to test up to the router, and not to external resources. A good utility for testing the speed of the speedtest.net provider
