Freezing due to wifi N mode?

The laptop has a 1x1 lan realtek wifi module installed, if 3 b / g / n modes are set, with a heavy load on the module, the computer freezes for 30 seconds, after which wifi does not work until reboot. If you set b / n there is no such problem. This situation only happens on win7. Tried 10 preview, no such problem.
Is there a problem with the driver or with the card itself?
