WiFi AP Debian

Raised under Debian AP (hostapd)

The transfer speed on Debian is a maximum of 20Mbps. The question is, is it possible to achieve higher speeds or is this how 802.11g should work. (two cards hold "g").

No, the maximum speed for 802.11g is 54 Mbit/s.
Try to make
iwconfig wlan0 rate 56M
wlan0 , if necessary, replace with the name of your adapter.
