WIFI adapter in linux?
I'm trying to set up wifi on a laptop ... There is no firewood on the built-in card and the built-in one works very strangely, the wifi works very poorly and only near the router, when the distance increases by 3-4 meters, it disappears completely, while it does not see any network at all except mine. Bought an adapter. I connected it and other networks appeared and shows all the "sticks" of the network, there is firewood for the adapter, but it seems that I did not install them correctly (tp-link tl-wn727n v.4). In the settings, you can turn off the built-in wifi, but the adapter is also turned off. In the terminal, I disabled ifconfig wlfn0 down (this is built-in) and then checked through ifconfig, wlan1 (adapter) is there, but there is no network. Please tell me what can be done...
