How to give a physical Ethernet interface to a virtual machine in Proxmox without using network card forwarding?

There is a host with proxmox installed, the host has 1 network card built into the mat. board and one 4-port. How to give one of the virtual machines 1 interface so that no one uses the interface except for this virtual machine?
PS Everything that is connected to the router (including the host), as well as all VMs, must be on the same network.
