Width not 100% in mobile browsers on bootstrap?

I'm making a site on bootstrap, I need the site to be non-responsive (according to TK), I set the block width to 100%, joxi.ru/8AnGP3xuRK4orO , and on mobile it looks like joxi.ru/DrlNYEvsZdRG2P , what am I doing wrong?

You have it 100%, like body. They stretch to fit the width of the browser window. But in the content part, your blocks pop out of the screen. Therefore, on the phone, the page is with a reduced zoom, and you can just see the difference that the content makes. Crop/compress the content so that it does not go beyond the window borders.
