Wi-Fi point to the office: MikroTik SXTG-5HPacD-SA does it make sense?

Hey!
Microtik has new SXTs at a very reasonable price for 5Hz support.
however, these points, as I understand it, are needed more for external laying and the creation of public networks in open spaces.
and I have a question, does it make sense to buy this point for the office?
it is planned that the point will serve somewhere around 30 customers at the peak.
If not, what would you recommend as a replacement?

Hey!
SXT has a too narrow radiation pattern for the office, but it seems that if you are talking about this particular point
i.mt.lv/routerboard/files/SXTac-140718123939.pdf - then it already comes with a level 4 license, which allows it to be WiFi -AP. So, most likely, it will suit your tasks!
Perhaps it will suit your task, but, personally, it seems to me that the best results are obtained on self-assembled kits: motherboard + antenna + case. In this case, you can take an antenna suitable for the task and the rest of the iron.
Good luck!

This point only supports 5ghz, but not all devices support this frequency.
You can use, for example, RB912-2HPn by screwing 2 antennas to it, and if you need 5GHz, then you can equip it with a 5Ghz mini-pcie module.
30 people such a system will keep
