How to correctly make a WiFi repeater on Mikrotik?

Good afternoon!
There was a need to build a single WiFi network in a fairly large area. 5 Mikrotiks are used (all of them are connected by cables to a single domain).
At first I set everything up through Capsman2. It started up, client devices switch between access points when moving, but at the same time, in fact, they jump between 5 SSIDs, which happens, albeit quickly, but sometimes the RDP connection breaks, and this is already very undesirable. Ideally, one ssid is needed.
I started googling, and as a result, I noticed that relatively recently, the ability to configure a WiFi repeater was added to Router OS (in winbox -> Setup Repeater).

Repeater is definitely bad.
And in this situation, the use of a repeater is definitely not correct.
You need several points connected by cable, with one SSID.

but at the same time, in fact, they jump between 5 SSIDs
Why do you need 5 networks?
