Wi-Fi bridge, choice of equipment, setup nuances?

It is necessary to connect a private house to the Internet, 60 Mbit / s comes to my apartment, via twisted pair, which I want to transmit via a wi-fi bridge to a private house. The direct distance between us on Google map is 650 meters.
The antenna will be on the roof of a two-story building, on the way to the end subscriber there will be the same two-story buildings and a few trees.
From the equipment I looked at the Ubiquiti LiteBeam M5-23 radio bridge, it works at a purity of 5GHz, there are a lot of dots around at a frequency of 2.4GHz. Ubiquiti LiteBeam M5-23, according to the description, works at a distance of up to 20-30 km (everywhere they write differently) when using similar equipment. It is expensive to take two LiteBeam M5-23 and put on each side. Will it work fine if you put one LiteBeam M5-23 and some kind of wifi router on the second house?
I still don’t understand if the LiteBeam M5-23 can connect to the provider itself if you connect the provider’s wire to it directly? And on the second house, just connect the twisted pair cable from LiteBeam M5-23 to the network card and configure the ip address?
Or any other better options?

Take two SXT and that's it. Everything by default at such a distance will work more than perfectly and the performance is street.
I have two of the same (only AC ) in the industrial zone at 500 meters hold 500 megabits.

What is better than 5GHz or 2.4GHz? if you look at the Fresnel zone, then for 5GHz it is slightly less. and there are a lot of 2.4GHz devices around, and at the expense of 5GHz, I think there is either nothing or one or two home points.

I am an amateur on this topic, but if the task is to save money, then why not fasten a directional one to your router instead of one of the antennas, and put it all to the window. just an idea
