How to properly configure port-security on QTECH QSW-4610?

On the QTECH QSW-4610 switch, port-security does not work.

The settings are standard:

switchport port-security
switchport port-security maximum 2
switchport port-security violation shutdown recovery 30
switchport port-security mac-address 9c-93-4e-7b-ab-0a

However, if you include another device in the port (naturally, with a different poppy), the network will work on it, and the address will be marked as SECURED in the table. I used to think it meant something like "protected", but in the documentation it is described as "port-security dynamic entry. This is in addition to static and sticky entries. Question: how to make port-security work like in Cisco?
