Why wrong colors in psd layout?

I open the layout in photoshop under windows, which was made on a poppy. I define a color with an eyedropper, insert it into css, and it is shown differently. I understand that the color scheme is different. Please tell me how this can be configured.

The document is assigned some color profile, apparently.

Had the same problem only in reverse. Cured through Editing -> Assign Profile -> Cancel color management in the document.
I also had to select some item in Editing -> Color Settings -> RGB, but this is more of a Mac's personal step. On Windows it's probably not needed.
